Account & Registration

Registering on 3rrm takes under two minutes. Go to the Register page, enter your Pakistani mobile number, choose a username, and set a password. That is the entire form — no email address, no documents, no waiting for approval. Once you submit, a verification code is sent to your mobile. Enter it to confirm your account and you are ready to deposit and bet.

You must be 18 years of age or older to create a 3rrm account. This is a hard requirement confirmed at registration. 3rrm actively monitors for underage accounts and suspends them immediately. If you are not yet 18, please do not register.

No. Each individual is permitted exactly one account on 3rrm. Duplicate accounts are identified through device, payment method, and identity checks. Where multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts are closed and balances are forfeited. There is no workaround — this rule is clearly stated in the Terms and Conditions.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and an OTP is sent via SMS. Use the code to verify your identity, then set a new password. The whole process takes under two minutes. If you have lost access to your registered mobile number, contact support@3rrm.ws for manual recovery.

No document upload is required at registration. Identity verification — typically a CNIC copy and a payment account screenshot — is only requested for withdrawals above Rs 50,000 or where compliance systems flag a need. Most players complete many withdrawal cycles without submitting documents. When verification is needed, it is straightforward and handled via support@3rrm.ws.

Accounts are temporarily locked after several consecutive failed login attempts — a security measure that lifts automatically after 30 minutes. You can also use the password reset option on the Login page to clear the lock immediately. If your account has been suspended for a different reason, contact support@3rrm.ws with your registered mobile number and a description of the situation.

Yes. You can update your registered mobile number through Account Settings after logging in, subject to a verification step on both the old and new numbers. It is important to keep this number current — it is used for password resets and security notifications. If you plan to change your SIM, update your 3rrm number first to avoid being locked out.

Accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months are placed in dormant status. Logging in immediately reactivates the account. Your PKR balance is preserved in full during the dormant period and is available the moment you log back in. You are not required to re-register or re-verify.
Deposits & Withdrawals

3rrm supports the payment methods most commonly used in Pakistan: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfers via IBFT, and Pakistani-issued Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR — there are no currency conversions or foreign exchange fees.

The minimum deposit on 3rrm is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for most methods, though some payment providers impose their own daily transaction caps. All deposits are denominated in Pakistani Rupees — the amount you deposit is the amount that appears in your 3rrm account, with no conversion or fee deduction.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits to your 3rrm account are processed in real time — the balance update typically appears within a few seconds of your transfer completing. If a deposit has not appeared after five minutes, check that the transfer was completed on your wallet app and contact support@3rrm.ws with the transaction reference number.

Log in to your 3rrm account, go to the Withdrawal section in your account dashboard, select Easypaisa or JazzCash, enter the amount in PKR, and confirm. The funds arrive in your mobile wallet in under five minutes for most withdrawals. Make sure the wallet number matches the one registered on your 3rrm account — withdrawals to unregistered numbers require additional verification.

The minimum withdrawal on 3rrm is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal cap for most players, though large withdrawals above Rs 50,000 may require identity verification before processing. Withdrawal requests are processed around the clock — there is no business-hours restriction.

3rrm does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through the platform. Your payment provider — Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank — may apply their own fees according to their standard rates, but these are not imposed by 3rrm. The amount you deposit is the full amount credited to your account.

First, confirm the transfer completed successfully on your payment app. Then wait up to five minutes — occasional processing delays can occur during peak periods. If the deposit still has not appeared, contact support@3rrm.ws with your registered mobile number, the deposit amount, the date and time, and your payment reference number. The support team can trace and manually credit confirmed transfers.

Yes. The 3rrm welcome bonus is subject to wagering requirements — the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times across eligible markets before a withdrawal of bonus funds can be processed. The exact requirement and eligible markets are stated clearly in the Terms and Conditions. Your own deposited funds are not subject to wagering requirements and can be withdrawn at any time.
Cricket Betting

3rrm covers PSL, all Pakistan international fixtures, the IPL, BBL, The Hundred, CPL, SA20, and major bilateral series worldwide. Markets available per match include match winner, series winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs, total wickets, method of dismissal, ball-by-ball live betting, and more. PSL markets on 3rrm open as soon as the tournament schedule is announced.

Yes. 3rrm offers in-play (live) betting on cricket matches, updated ball by ball. Odds shift in real time based on the match situation. The live cricket score page on 3rrm shows real-time scorecards alongside betting markets so you can track the game and place bets on one screen. Markets during live play include next wicket, next over runs, current partnership, and live match winner odds.

The minimum cricket bet on 3rrm is Rs 50. This applies to both pre-match and in-play markets. Maximum bet limits vary by market, tournament, and odds — the maximum stake is displayed in the bet slip for each market. If your desired stake exceeds the displayed maximum, contact support@3rrm.ws to discuss limits for that specific market.

Settlement for abandoned or rain-affected matches on 3rrm follows the official result recognised by the relevant cricket board. Matches reduced by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method that produce an official result are settled on that result. Matches with no official result (no result or tie declared by the board) are generally voided and stakes returned, unless the specific market rules state otherwise. Winning cricket bets on 3rrm are settled and credited to your account balance within minutes of the official result being confirmed. For live markets, settlement happens immediately after the delivery, over, or event that determines the outcome. You can initiate a withdrawal as soon as the winnings appear in your balance.

Yes. The PSL is the most heavily covered cricket competition on 3rrm for Pakistani players. Every PSL match has a full range of pre-match and in-play markets. Markets open as soon as the schedule is announced — often weeks before match day for group stage fixtures. Special PSL promotions and enhanced odds on selected matches are available for registered 3rrm players.

Yes. 3rrm supports accumulator bets combining multiple cricket selections across different matches. Add each selection to your bet slip and choose the accumulator option to see the combined odds and potential return. If your connection drops during a live casino round, the round continues and is resolved according to the normal outcome — 3rrm does not cancel bets placed before a disconnection. Your result is recorded on the server. When you reconnect, the outcome is visible in your bet history and any winnings are already credited to your balance.
Crash Games, Slots & Card Games

In crash games on 3rrm — like Aviator — a multiplier starts at 1x and climbs. You place a stake in PKR and choose a point to cash out before the multiplier crashes. If you cash out in time, your stake is multiplied by the cash-out value. If the multiplier crashes before you cash out, your stake is lost. You can also set an automatic cash-out at a pre-chosen multiplier. Rounds run continuously and a new round starts immediately after the previous one ends.

Minimum bets for crash games on 3rrm start from Rs 10 per round. Slots minimum bets vary by game — typically Rs 10 to Rs 20 per spin. Both are displayed clearly in the game interface before you place your first stake. Maximum bet amounts depend on the specific game and are shown in the game settings or paytable.

Yes. All slots on 3rrm use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) from their respective game providers — major providers whose RNG software is independently audited. Responsible Gaming

Log in to your 3rrm account and go to Account Settings. The Responsible Gaming section is directly accessible — not buried in sub-menus. Select "Deposit Limits", choose a daily, weekly, or monthly period, enter your PKR limit, and confirm. The limit activates immediately. Lowering a limit takes effect at once. Increasing it requires a mandatory 24-hour waiting period before it becomes active.

In Account Settings under Responsible Gaming, select "Cooling-Off Period" and choose a duration: 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Confirm your choice and the restriction activates immediately — login, deposits, and betting are all disabled for the duration. The period cannot be shortened once set. Pending bets placed before the cooling-off was activated are settled normally and winnings are held in your account until the period ends.

Self-exclusion on 3rrm permanently closes your account for gaming purposes for a specified period — available options range from 6 months to permanent. The option is in Account Settings under Responsible Gaming and activates the moment you confirm. It cannot be reversed during the exclusion period even on request. Yes. In Account Settings under Responsible Gaming, select "Session Reminders". Choose a session length — 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or a custom duration. When your session reaches the limit, a pop-up notification appears showing how long you have been playing and your net balance for the session. The reminder does not force you to stop — it creates a deliberate pause and decision point.
